西部工业发展战略的目标和模式探讨

在工业全局和长远的发展中，必须制定科学的发展战略，才能避免局限性，盲目性，实现资源优化配置，而西部工业发展对整个西部大开发具有举足轻重的作用，本文通过大量的数据分析和预测，制定了西部大开发展的战略目标，并通过战略SWOT分析设计了实现战略目标的模式。

对一起 12 7.0× 9.19mmIEUG10 5内涂层钻杆刺穿事故进行了调查 ,对刺穿钻杆的裂纹形貌进行了断口微观分析和金相分析 ,对刺穿钻杆的材质进行了全面检验。认为钻杆刺穿失效性质属于早期腐蚀疲劳破坏 ,井内泥浆pH偏低且含有较严重的腐蚀介质 ,最终导致钻杆产生早期腐蚀疲劳裂纹而失效     

Diversification, Ownership and Control of Swedish Corporations

We study the short‐ and long‐term valuation effects of Swedish takeovers. Using a sample of 93 bidding firms that acquired 101 targets between 1980 and 1995, we find that diversifying acquisitions lead to a negative market reaction and deterioration of the operating performance of the bidder. Announcement and performance gains in each of the three years following the acquisition occur only when bidders expand their core rather than their peripheral lines of business. Our findings suggest that focused acquisitions lead to greater synergies and operating efficiencies than diversifying acquisitions. Intra‐group acquisitions, however, show that bidders do not realise significant gains whether they adopt diversifying or focusing investment strategies by purchasing firms controlled by the Wallenberg and SHB conglomerate groups. Intra‐group targets realize significant gains regardless bidder's investment strategy. Finally, the evidence does not support the view that intra‐conglomerate acquisitions are associated with expropriation of minority shareholders. However, they appear to enhance the control rights of large shareholders of the bidding firm.     

A DEA Approach to Understanding the Productivity Growth of Malaysia's Manufacturing Industries

This paper seeks to explain the productivity growth performance of Malaysia's manufacturing sector using a panel data of 28 industries from 1981–1996. Here, the data envelopment analysis technique is used to calculate and decompose the Malmquist index of total factor productivity (TFP) growth into technical change, change in technical efficiency and change in scale efficiency. This allows the identification of the sources of productivity growth which is crucial for policy formulation. It was found that the annual TFP growth of the Malaysian manufacturing sector was low at 0.8% and this was driven by small gains in both technical change and technical efficiency, with industries operating close to optimum scale.

中小企业对中国社会经济具有多方面意义，在经历一段时间快速发展之后，进入困境和瓶颈期，本首先针对中小企业的融资问题进行理论分析，尝试建立融资市场的供求分析模型，然后以银行内部政策调整和加强担保措施为例进行具体分析，希望提供理论上的解释，并导出一些解决问题的新措施。     

论我国税收激励制度的完善

税收激励主要通过收益调节、现金流量的可获性和风险分担这三种方式发挥其作用。我国目前的税收激励的主要不足在于，缺乏一种系统的、一以贯之的政策取向。从知识经济的大背景看，完善我国的税收激励制度应紧紧围绕促进科技创新这一主线来进行。     

椭圆上特殊点的准确作图原理简析

画法几何中用八点法作椭圆时,一般是根据圆的外切四边形画出平行四边形,从而确定两对特殊的共轭直径,所画椭圆的8个特殊点中总有4个点可以比较直观地确定,而其余4个点只能近似地在相应的共轭直径上求出。本文应用仿射对应等方法,阐述了准确定出椭圆周必定经过的特殊点的位置,并提出其作图的理论根据,同时提供了多种准确快速地确定这些特殊点的方法。

对VisualBasic6.0在测控系统软件编程方面的应用进行了探讨,并对其数据处理,I/O操作,动态链接库DLL的编制与调用,数据库管理系统的接口设计、建立、数据格式的转换等方面进行了研究。给出了Windows应用程序建立DLL的方法与步骤,对于在VisualBasic程序中如何应用DLL进行了讨论。
